Official summary

SERVICE ACTION: BODY DOMAIN CONTROLLER PROGRAMMING. When the vehicle is left unlocked the interior light switch is continuously monitored. This may lead to an increased battery draw. Check control message "Energy management for engine start-up" may appear. Longer stationary periods may result in a no-start depending on the battery charge state. Software error in the BDC (Body Domain Controller).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
