Official summary
N192266180 - Special Coverage - On some 2010-2012, and 2014-2017 model year Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles, a link ball socket in the wiper transmission may separate. If this were to occur, the driver would experience a sudden loss of wiper function. Dealers are to replace the front wiper module with the latest version with improved sockets and a new water shield. The repairs will be made at no charge to the customer.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
