This is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that was sent to dealers to inform them that customers may report that the second row right side seat belt buckle cover has come off, and in some instances, may prevent the second row right side seat belt tongue from latching into the buckle when the internal buckle components have fallen off. This TSB instructs dealers to replace the second row right side seat belt buckle with a new part, which has been shortened by 14 mm to prevent the center seat belt buckle from covering the right side seat belt buckle, and install the countermeasure second row ce
