DELIVERY STOP: CHECK BLIND PLUGS. BMW of North America LLC has issued a Delivery Stop (effective October 7 2019) on a small number of Model Year 2019 and 2020 BMW 3 Series vehicles that were produced between March 27 2019 and August 21 2019. CAUSE During assembly the blind plug in one or both rear wheel wells may have been knocked out of position when attaching the suspension to the vehicle body.
