Video Message - It concerns three HFL-related issues that Tech Line has been getting calls on and how applying five-step troubleshotting can help get them fixed. The three HFL-related issues are customers can't make voice calls using contact name, customers' phones won't connect to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and customers can't answer incoming calls.
