Official summary
Some 2020 F-150 vehicle equipped with Bang and Olufsen audio system built on or before 14-Oct-2019 at Dearborn Truck Plant may exhibit speaker volume that is too low and will not increase. This may be due to incorrect configuration of the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. To correct the condition, reconfigure the DSP module with As-Built data using the appropriate version of the Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18B849 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
