Official summary
Some vehicles may experience a clock failure after a battery disconnect. The clock shows dotted lines and cannot be reset. Mazda is aware of this issue and is working on a permanent solution. Perform Interim Repair Procedure. This service alert will be revised when a final countermeasure repair is available.
