Official summary
This SKU is a Pitman Arm. The customer communication requested return of unsold inventory to inspect for incorrect taper of the spline. Incorrect taper of the spline prevents it from installing with the mating component, preventing installation of the part, and would therefore have no impact on the end user besides time required to complete installation.
