Official summary
TSB: Some 2016 - 2019 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with a 2GR-FKS engine may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P013A00 and/or P013C00 (O2 Slow Response) due to an incomplete weld around the front exhaust pipe assembly (either bank). Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
