Official summary
Washing and cleaning products with a pH value below pH 3.5 and/or above pH 11.5 is not recommended as it can permanently discolour the side door, quarter glass trim moulding and roof rails, see attached pictures. Using chrome or metal polish on anodized aluminium parts, such as side door, quarter glass trim moulding and roof rails, is not recommended as it can discolour the part and destroy protective layers.
