This is a Technical Journal: Volvo On Call app: "Tires" status shows "Status Unknown" The Volvo On Call mobile application may show the Tires status as "Status Unknown" on the Maintenance screen in the Vehicle section (see attached screenshot TJ 33699.jpg) Service: Do not replace any parts or perform any diagnostics for this concern. Inform the customer that Volvo Cars is aware of this issue and we are working on a solution. This TJ will be updated when there is a solution available.
