Official summary
Rear Bumper Trim Warped / Distorted. The center of the rear bumper trim is warped upward and may interfere with opening of the tailgate. No outside damage or customer influence can be detected. The center securing tabs of the bumper trim cover have been dislodged or broken off from the carrier.
