Official summary

Regarding the recently announced 2014-2016 Mazda3 - Mazda Connect Touch Screen Concern Warranty Extension Program - Special Service Program (SSP) B6, Mazda is facing supply delays due to supplier production limitations. Mazda is working directly with the supplier to resolve the issue and will expedite supply as quickly as possible. A subsequent announcement will be sent with timing details once the supply delay is resolved and owners of subject vehicles are notified.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
