Official summary

Due to a changes in the 2018 Mazda6, there are two things to note of when installing the Rear Parking Sensors. 1. When securing the main harness in step 4, DO NOT attach the one tie wrap as shown. There is the possibility of attaching it to the moonroof drain hose and pinching the hose. 2. When routing the sensor harness behind the rear bumper (section 8, Installation of Harness section 2-2) utilizing the 3 mount base positions, the middle mounting base position #2 is located under the Blind Spot Monitoring sensor bracket as shown.
