Official summary
This is a Technical Information Notice sent to all dealers in the state of Mississippi. This notice informs dealers that MMNA will be mailing letters to owners, with Mississippi addresses, with open Takata airbag recalls. The notice instructs dealers to not only familiarize themselves with the attached sample customer letter but to also make sure the dealer has enough recall parts on hand in order to minimize customer inconvenience.
