Official summary
This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. This bulletin instructs dealers to reprogram the BMU (for affected i-MiEV vehicles) or sub-BMU (for affected Outlander PHEV vehicles) with updated software to correct an isolation error when using the ABB quick charger. The isolation error may be detected by the charger, causing the charging process to stop approximately 2 minutes after charging has started. This bulletin supersedes TSB-19-54-001REV, issued March, 2019, to correct the Warranty Coverage in the Warranty Information section.
