Official summary

Technical Bulletin (Implausible Transmission Shift Sequence Stored in the Transmission Control Module): Debris in the clutch assembly causing too much drag torque from the multiple clutch. DTC as described may cause shifting concerns and/or a lack of mobility upon initial startup. The production solution to this issue was an updated clutch installed as of March 12, 2010. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
