Official summary

This Preliminary Information communication advises the Dealer that the rear end of the vehicle may appear to sag after the vehicle sits overnight or longer. After the vehicle is started, the compressor will engage and the rear of the vehicle will rise to normal operating level. This is normal and no parts should be replaced for this concern.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
