Official summary
Some 2019 Transit Connect vehicles produced on or before 17-Dec-2018 and equipped with 4G Wi-Fi without SYNC, may exhibit a Wi-Fi Hotspot button not showing in the menu. To correct this condition, perform programmable module installation (PMI) on the audio control module (ACM) and when asked if the original module is installed select NO. This procedure will retrieve the updated as-built from the database and install it into the module. For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
