Official summary
Some 2015-2019 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a glove box door that appears misaligned along the storage tray or right side instrument panel when closed. This may be due to the position of the glove box storage tray rubber mat or the seating of the glove box door strikers or glove box door hinge pins. To resolve the condition, reposition or adjust the affected component according to the Service Procedure.
