This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician that If this concern occurs, inspect the SGCM jumper harness to ensure that: - none of the C2 SGCM connector terminals are backed out from when it was originally plugged in. To do this, unplug the lower SGCM connector (C2), remove the clear connector face cover, and inspect all of the terminals to ensure that they are seated properly. - terminals 1, 3, 8, and 21 were properly transferred from the original C2 SGCM connector to the new C2 SGCM jumper harness connector as outlined in steps 3.7 - 3.11 of 07195.
