Some 2019 Mustang, Continental, Fusion, MKZ, F150, Edge or Nautilus with SYNC 3 may have a symptom of a rear view camera that remain on the screen when moving forward above 5MPH or a solid blue screen once the vehicle is at cruising speed. Some vehicles may experience inoperative infotainment applications such as Apple CarPlay. To eliminate these symptoms from occurring, it is recommended to disable the Wi-Fi in the settings menu by selecting Automatic updates. Shut off system WIFI and then disable automatic updates.
