TSB: Some 2017 ? 2018 model year Highlander and Sienna vehicles may exhibit a whine noise while driving, a harsh shift, MIL ON, or reduced power. P071531 For transaxles within the specified dates that meet the required symptoms, a remanufactured transaxle is available. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
