This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers. The notice informs dealers that two questionnaire forms have been made available on Mitsubishi Dealer Link (MDL). The questionnaires are to identify how two frequent repairs (loss of Key Fob registration and tire/wheel imbalance) are happening. Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is requesting dealers to complete the appropriate questionnaire during the customer interview process.
