Official summary
Tailgate intermittently cannot be opened or closed. One or more of the following situations can occur, if the tailgate striker is not adjusted properly: ? The tailgate does not lock ? The tailgate does not remain locked ? The tailgate does not close ? The tailgate does not remain closed ? The tailgate does not open CAUSE The tailgate lock striker is not adjusted correctly.
