B38 Engine: Mixture Faults Stored in DME and Cylinder Head Cover Leaking Engine Oil This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI M11 03 15 dated February 2016. The customer may have one of the following complaints: The engine malfunction light is illuminated with misfire or mixture faults stored in the DME. The vehicle runs poorly and may consume engine oil. Smoke from the exhaust tailpipe. Engine oil leak at the cylinder head cover gasket area. See illustrations for additional information. Engine oil leak (1) at the front edge of the cylinder head cover where it meets the cylinder head (2)
