Official summary
Wind Whistle Noise from the Exterior Rearview Mirror. A whistling wind noise can be heard from either the left or right exterior rearview mirror, especially when traveling at highway speeds. CAUSE An excessive gap exists between the mirror base and acoustic triangular sealing gasket.
