Official summary

Intermittent Coolant Weepage From Upper Radiator Hose Or Radiator This bulletin involves installing an additional clamp on the upper radiator hose along with replacing the radiator assembly. Customers may experience a slight coolant weepage underhood. After further inspection, the technician may notice coolant weeping from the upper radiator hose connection at the radiator or the radiator itself.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
