Official summary
Previously assigned radio channels to the satellite radio "Presets" list have been erased and radio channels selected from the list "All channels" menu cannot be stored in the "Presets" list. The problem occurred after the recently implemented Sirius/XM channel lineup change. The data handling between the satellite radio receiver (SDARS-Exbox) and the Car Communication Computer (CCC head unit) has been corrupted.
