Official summary
LED Headlight Malfunction Displayed, but Lights Function Properly. A check control message or warning light is on, indicating a headlight malfunction, but the lights operate correctly. The BDC (Body Domain Controller) fault code 8041B6: "Headlight (LWR): System failed" is the only fault stored. This fault can occur after QC1 is performed or after a vehicle software update.
