Official summary

Automatic Transmission Selector Lever Will Not Move Out of Park. The transmission selector lever cannot be disengaged from the "P" position. This can occur very randomly and is difficult to reproduce. No faults are stored in the EGS control unit, and no warnings are displayed in the instrument cluster. For the most part, if the vehicle is locked and goes to sleep (the light in the hazard switch goes out), the problem is no longer present. Unfavorable EGS software

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
