Official summary

"""Coasting"" Feature May Not Function After Programming. After programming to I-level F056-14-11-50x or higher, ""coasting"" while in green mode may no longer function. This feature is shown as activated in the green mode menu, and no relevant faults are stored. An EGS software error (I-levels of F056-13-11-50x to F056-14-07-50x) leads to incorrect EEPROM data when programmed to an I-level of F056-14-11-50x or higher."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
