Official summary
Charging is not Possible, or is Reduced. ? Charging is no longer possible, or is only possible with restricted charging power, or: ? When charging the vehicle, the indicator light around the charging socket lights up red and the external circuit breaker (inside the A/C charger or A/C power supply) activates. CAUSE Hardware fault in the Electric Motor Electronics (EME), or the Convenience Charging Electronics (KLE).
