Official summary
Water Ingress In Footwell Area From A/C Condensate Drain This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI M64 01 16 dated March 2016.. Damp front foot-well carpet after long period of air conditioning use. Musty odor in the vehicle (moldy, old socks, laundry room). The A/C condensate drain hose is blocked by the heatshield. The A/C condensate drain hose is not attached properly to the housing. The A/C condensate drain hose was damaged during installation or previous repair.
