Official summary

SLIGHT SHUDDERING UNDER ACCELERATION FROM 40-60MPH. When initiating gradual acceleration at between 40mph to 60mph, customer may experience some minor shuddering under acceleration. Some situations that may lead to this experience would be: Gradual depressing of the accelerator pedal Change in load (increase in road grade) Acceleration request by cruise control The following conditions must be present for this situation to occur: "Auto eDrive" driving mode selected Engine speed of approximately 1500 rpm Transmission in Drive, running in 7th or 8th gear, Low State of Charge (SOC) of high voltag
