Official summary
On some Model 3 vehicles, the charge port does not engage with a Supercharger charge cable, preventing the vehicle from being fast charged. Additionally, when a vehicle is being charged using a Wall Connector, the charge port engages with the charge cable, but the vehicle might charge at a reduced amperage rate.
