Official summary
Issue: A small number of Customers with 17MY L538 Discovery Sports and L550 Discovery Sports with Active Driveline may complain of a grinding noise and vibration from their vehicle when transitioning from 4WD to 2WD. The vehicle will not engage 2WD due to the cause shown below. This issue is typically reported early life of the vehicle and less than 1000 miles.
