This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. It informs dealers that a software update is available, and instructions for performing the software update, for the Smartphone Link Display Audio built by JVC Kenwood. This update resolves several issues that may occur in various models. These issues include audio-related concerns, language translation error on the display in French, MPG (miles per gallon) displayed on screen instead of ?fuel consumption,? and EV charge cost history is occasionally erased when power switch is turned On or Off.
