Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit wind noise at rear door quarter glass when driven at high speeds. This is caused by air leakage from the gap between rear sash molding, rear door glass run channel, rear door glass guide and rear door quarter glass guide. To eliminate this concern, the following items have been added or changed: A rubber seal on rear door quarter glass guide has been extended. A rubber seal has been added to rear door glass guide. The shape of rear door glass run channel has been changed.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
