Steering Wheel And/Or Seat Vibration - Front Brake Rotors This bulletin involves inspecting the Julian date and if necessary, replacing the front brake rotors. The customer may describe a shake and/or vibration in the steering wheel and/or the seat while driving at highway speeds without the brakes applied. This vibration may be caused by out of balance front brake rotors.
