HVAC Blower Intermittently Reduces Blower Speed When Set On High This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the HVAC Module with new software. Customers may experience reduced blower speed when HVAC blower is set to high on MTC vehicles or while using high blower in manual mode on ATC vehicles. Updating the HVAC software will correct this condition.
