Right Rear Spring Shifted In Upper Isolator And Possible Clunk Noise This bulletin involves verifying the customer?s symptom/condition and if necessary, replacing the rear suspension springs. Right side rear suspension spring is shifted in the upper spring mount isolator and possibly a clunk noise can be heard or felt coming from the rear of the vehicle, while going over bumps.
