Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic and System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. The following software enhancements are available:Calibration update to allow the throttle body to be cycled while the engine is off, for diagnostic purposes. Reverse gear lock-out change from 16 kph (10 mph) to 4.8 kph (3 mph) (Sales Code DEC). PCM to allow transmission gear shifting in the limp-in mode rather than fixed gear (Sales Code DFK).
