Official summary
Some 2016-2018 Model Year Focus RS may exhibit inaccurate Outside Air Temperature(OAT) readings with intermittent Air Conditioning(A/C) function. Instrument cluster will display 0 degrees F(-18 degrees C) until the vehicle is driven above 20-30 mph for minimum of 1 minute. Concern can occur when engine is running(Key On Engine Running-KOER) and ignition is cycled Off and On again within 1 second.
