Official summary
Some 2017-2018 Transit vehicles may exhibit a coolant leak due to a hose clamp not sealing. To assist with the investigation use the Report A Vehicle Concern link in the purple bar at the bottom of the OASIS report and submit a Global Concern Report (GCR), noting the leak severity and hose clamp location. If available, digital images can be attached to the report. Properly identify and retain all replaced parts, including hose clamps replaced with any outside part, to allow part return in support of root cause analysis. Monitor OASIS for updates.
