Official summary
Some 2018 Transit vehicles equipped with a 3.2L diesel built on or after 01-Nov-2017 may indicate a blank PCM when connected to the Ford Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS). Follow the IDS prompts to recover the PCM. This may take several attempts. Do not replace the PCM. Engineering is investigating the issue. Please monitor OASIS for updates.
