Some 2016 Escape vehicles with SYNC 3 and without Sony audio system may exhibit a radio that is inoperative and/or no audio after cranking. Cycling the key should restore functionality. Do not attempt any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates.
