Customer letter - Our records indicate that an EMISSIONS RECALL has not been completed on this vehicle; refer to the address card for the affected VIN. There is an internal programming issue with the powertrain control module (PCM). The PCM software that manages the onboard diagnostics (OBD) system catalyst monitor is not performing to specification.
