Official summary
TSB: Some 2014 model year Highlander and Highlander HV vehicles may exhibit an abnormal noise, like a ?squeak/squawk/groan? type noise, from the rear suspension when traveling over uneven roads. This may be more pronounced in colder ambient temperatures. The abnormal noise may be caused by a Rear Trailing Arm bushing. An updated Rear Trailing Arm Assembly is available. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
