Official summary

Some 2013 GS 350 and GS 450h vehicles may exhibit a ?pop? or ?snap? type noise in the sunroof area of the roof panel, especially when entering driveways or travelling over bumps that induce a momentary body flex. This noise may be caused by an intermittent stick/slip condition between the sunroof housing and fasteners. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
